Free Cancellation: You may cancel your hotel or tour booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start date.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the check-in or tour start time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy: In case of a no-show without prior written notice, the total booking amount is non-refundable.
Non-refundable Rates: Please note that special promotional rates marked as “Non-refundable” cannot be refunded or modified.
Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
